Founded by Mr. Pablo A. Bigio from Puerto Rico, our company is led by his 30+ years of diverse professional experience, positioning BT Restoration as a continually growing and developing company. As a former Belfor Project Manager, his extensive experience in restoration allowed him to be involved in managing and lead the restoration process of multiple large scale catastrophes.
MANUEL BIGIO
VP OF OPERATIONS
In charge of overseeing the reconstruction area, with a civil engineering background and extensive experience in both residential and government projects. As a former Project Manager for Belfor in the Texas area, he has been involved in the recovery efforts of various catastrophic events such as Tornadoes, freezes and Hurricanes. LILIANA BIGOTT
HR DIRECTOR
In charge of hiring and job assignments for all personnel, Liliana has vast experience in the HR area with over 15 years of experience of hiring and recruitment of personnel as with payroll processing as well. Holding studies in Marketing and Human Resources she oversees a team of more than 300 employees ready and skilled to assist us in all our projects and customers needs

In Charge of overseeing and managing our operations in the state of Florida, a Venezuelan native, Graduated from Angel de La Guarda School in Venezuela, with university studies at St. Cloud Tech in MN and Benedictine University in Mesa, Arizona. His academic background provides him with leadership and communication skills for the benefit of our staff and clients.
